FOR KELLER HOMES

An Internet Based Reporting System for Keller Homes

Pragmatic Software Company delivered an internet-based reporting web site named Inside Keller Homes for Keller Homes, a leading home builder in Colorado Springs, Colorado.  Inside Keller Homes allows Keller Homes employees, trade contractors, suppliers and home owners to run reports via a secure web site.

Keller Homes uses MH2's FAST Builder System to track all areas of their home building, including Accounting, the Buyer Process, and Production.  Inside Keller Homes compliments the FAST system by allowing Keller Homes to push reports out to the vendors. 

Last year, Keller Homes made great strides by creating a series of Crystal Reports that allow their employees to reduce administrative costs and increase efficiency.  Before implementing Inside Keller Homes, those reports were being used internally, and were being faxed to vendors upon request.  Inside Keller Homes allows the Keller Homes team to post those Crystal Reports over the web, empowering their vendors to log in and view the reports they need.  This is designed to reduce faxing and shipping costs, improve communications with the vendors and to enhance efficiencies with more timely information.
