Enterprise Pricing
Hosted by your company, the Enterprise edition provides additional features not provided by the SaaS edition. The first year of maintenance is in included at no cost.  After the first year, the 20% annual maintenance fee covers future versions of the software at no cost, unlimited support, unlimited named users, and unlimited projects.

We also offer a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) edition which is hosted by Software Planner.  For more information on the SaaS edition pricing, click here.

Concurrent User License
Our license is based on concurrent (floating) user licenses.  This means that you can set up an unlimited number of named users to use the software.  For example, if you purchase a 20 concurrent license, 20 people can be logged in at the same time, but you can have as many named users setup to use the software as you desire. This licensing structure requires substantially less licenses as compared to a traditional named user license structure.

Server Hardware Requirements

1. Operating System - Windows 2003 or 2008 Server (32 or 64 bit)

2. Web Server: IIS 6 or IIS 7

3. Database Server: SQL Server 2005 or 2008 (also supports SQL Express 2005 or 2008 for 10 or less concurrent users)

4. Server: 2 processer server minimum, 4 gb RAM minimum (the more the better), 50gb hard drive (RAID recommended).  Can be a standalone server or a virtual server.

For less than 50 concurrent users, database and web server can be the same machine. For 50 or more concurrent users, we recommend a separate database and web server.
